Payments and Refund
Payments for Vincent are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle Checkout handles payment credentials, authentication, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks under the Paddle Buyer Terms. iisacc.com does not directly receive or store card numbers, payment-account passwords, or equivalent payment credentials.
Vincent includes the notarized 6.0 Apple Silicon macOS PKG and the 6.0 Windows x64 MSI. The Windows MSI is currently distributed without an Authenticode signature. Windows cannot verify iisacc as its publisher, and Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, Smart App Control, User Account Control, antivirus software, or an organization policy may warn, request approval, or block installation. The limitation is disclosed before checkout and again beside the private Windows download, where the exact installer SHA-256 and concise installation instructions are shown.
A buyer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. A timely request does not require proof of a defect or a reason. Submit the request through the refund or support link in the Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. iisacc.com will support a timely request, and Paddle will process it under the Paddle Refund Policy. If mandatory law or Paddle’s applicable policy gives the buyer broader rights, those broader rights apply.
Paddle normally returns an approved refund to the original payment method. A SmartScreen, Smart App Control, User Account Control, antivirus, administrator-permission, or organization-policy restriction does not reduce the 14-calendar-day right above, and a timely request still requires no defect proof or reason. When a refund is approved, the corresponding Vincent entitlement and future installer access are revoked. Processing time, payment-method handling, and any rights outside the voluntary 14-day window follow Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
Before checkout, the buyer must sign in to a verified iisacc account. The checkout state freezes that account as the purchaser, and a completed Vincent entitlement is linked to the same account. After payment is confirmed, iisacc.com sends the verified email attached to that account a transactional message containing an order-specific Vincent download-page link; a separate Paddle receipt may use the billing email entered in checkout. The same access is opened immediately when the signed-in purchasing browser completes server verification. The download page issues short-lived private installer links only after checking both the order entitlement and the signed-in account ownership. Delivery does not transfer ownership, and it does not reduce the 14-day refund right stated above.
The verified iisacc account is required for direct purchase and private installer delivery. The account dashboard is not a permanent substitute for the Paddle receipt or purchase email, and a purchaser should retain both. To restore a lost active access cookie, sign in with the purchasing account and open Vincent downloads from the dashboard. For an expired, revoked, or exhausted entitlement, contact the support email shown in the footer with the displayed support reference or Paddle receipt so iisacc.com can locate the correct entitlement without exposing another purchaser’s information.
